Terms and conditions

1. Provider

Air Estate Studio, a business run by Yannick. Legal status, company number and address: registration in progress. Full details will appear in the legal notice once registered.

2. Service

Air Estate Studio designs, launches, hosts, optimises for search and manages direct booking websites for holiday rentals, in the client’s own name.

Ordering happens in three steps: a discovery call, a written proposal, then the signing of the contract.

3. Prices

Website creation: €3,890.

Launch offer: €1,990 for any contract signed on or before 13 January 2027.

Website management: €290 per year, whatever the creation price.

VAT status: registration in progress.

4. Payment

20% deposit when the contract is signed.

50% when the test site (staging) goes online.

30% on delivery, together with the first year of website management, paid in advance.

Payment is by bank transfer or by the method stated on the invoice. In case of late payment, work may be suspended until payment is received.

5. Timeline

The website is delivered within 10 working days, counted from receipt of the deposit and of all content: photos, texts and rates.

The test site goes online after 5 working days for the client to review. Any delay in sending content or feedback postpones delivery accordingly.

6. Features

Features are defined in the contract. In the launch offer, some cannot yet be changed from the admin area: they are set up in the website from the start.

Any change requested after delivery is quoted separately.

7. Annual management

It covers hosting security, a weekly backup, updates, search monitoring and support for the client.

It is paid 12 months in advance and renews every year. Either party may end it at the renewal date with at least one month’s notice.

If management ends, the client receives their content and data and remains the holder of their domain name.

8. What belongs to the client

The domain name and the payment account are opened in the client’s name, and guest payments go straight to the client’s bank account.

The client remains the owner of their content, prices, rental terms and booking data. Air Estate Studio keeps ownership of its tools and code, which the client may use for their website.

9. Client commitments

The client provides content they hold the rights to, and accurate information about their property, prices and terms.

The client remains solely responsible for their obligations as a landlord: local registration, tourist tax, insurance and rental agreement.

10. Liability

Air Estate Studio has an obligation of means. Third-party services (online payment, Airbnb, Booking, Google, Microsoft Teams) remain the responsibility of their providers.

The price differences shown (10% less for guests, 7% more for hosts) are estimates based on platform commissions. Neither the number of bookings nor search engine rankings are guaranteed.

11. Right of withdrawal (private clients)

A client contracting as a private individual, at a distance, has 14 days from signature to withdraw, without giving a reason.

If they expressly ask for work to start before the end of this period, they pay for the part of the service already performed if they withdraw. The right is lost once the service has been fully performed.

12. Mediation and disputes

Consumer mediator: registration in progress.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, an amicable solution is sought before any legal action.
