Chat: your first name, your messages and, if nobody is online, your email address.

Booking a call: name, email address, phone (optional), description of your rental, and your device’s time zone and time format.

Server logs: IP address, page viewed, date and browser.

Why

To answer your questions and arrange the call you ask for (steps prior to a contract, at your request).

To protect the website against abuse (legitimate interest).

Who has access

Yannick only. The following technical providers act on behalf of Air Estate Studio: 1984 ehf (hosting, Iceland, within the European Economic Area), Google (sending emails via Gmail) and Microsoft (Teams, for the call).

Your data is never sold or passed on.

How long

Messages and bookings: 3 years after our last exchange.

Server logs: 6 months. Backups: 30 days.

Cookies

A single cookie, ah_chat, to find your conversation again when you come back (180 days). It is needed for the chat to work, so it does not require your consent.

No advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served by the website itself: no data is sent to third parties when pages are displayed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to its processing, by writing in the website chat.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
